Shipping & Returns
Our processing time for each purchase takes 1-4 business days. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. There will be free shopping for any purchase of $500HKD or more. For Domestic shipping (Hong Kong & Macau), the shipping fee would be paid on arrival by the customer for purchases under $500HKD.
We currently use SF Express to deliver our products and usually takes 1-3 days to deliver. If you have other courier preferred, feel free to contact us on Whatsapp: +852 4663 8001 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
GrumpyLily is currently focusing on our domestic market and slowly expanding internationally. Due to the pandemic, the international shipping price is $180HKD. If you have preferred courier for your delivery, feel free to contact us at email@example.com for special arrangements.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are allowed to return the item once if the size of the item is incorrect. Once returned you will be able to exchange it for an item of equal or of less value.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You will be allowed to return/exchange items purchased with the grand opening discount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Refunds
There are no refunds available, but we do allow a one time exchange for a different item of equal or less value given it is in the same condition that you received it. If the cost of the item you wish to exchange for is at a higher price, then you simply have to pay for the difference in price.
