What is Pre-order?

Pre-order is essentially the same as ordering normally. But due to the current shipping and delivery situation around the world, some products may take 1-2 weeks longer than normal. 

How do I apply my discount code?

You can apply your discount code after you press check out. 

How long does it take for shipping?

Our processing time for each purchase takes 1-4 business days. Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • The total distance between us 
  • Whether your parcel is domestic or international
  • What delivery method you select

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I got my order, but an item is defective, or not what I ordered. What do I do?

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect: please contact our Customer Care team via email us directly at info@grumpylilyofficial.com within 7 days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.  Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
